Tim Cork BA Dip Arch RIBA - New Business & Delivery Partner - Architectural appraisals; economic appraisals; project management; co-ordinating a team of pre and post contact Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers primarily from London to East Anglia. 

Denise Sheerin AIIRSM TechIOSH- Practice Manager - Responsible for all practice management; HR matters; practice policies and procedures; management of administration and finance matters. Also responsible for the Practice's accredited Quality Management System, IiP Recognition and Health & Safety.

Barry Sears MRICS FCIOB MaPS MIIRSM TechSP - Partner - co-ordinating a team of pre and post contract surveyors and project managers, primarily in Kent and South East London.  Management of Health & Safety Department providing health & safety advice and all CDM Co-ordinator services.

Russell Turner BSc(Hons) MRICS - Partner - co-ordinating a team of pre and post contract building surveyors and project managers primarily in Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire and West London.

Matthew Riches BSc(Hons) RMaPS ICIOB - Associate Partner - pre and post contract building surveying and project management services.

Deepa Sidhpara BA(Hons) - Finance Manager - in charge of all financial matters including credit control, expenditure and financial planning. 

We recognise that training and development are essential for all our people, to support them in their job role, to meet their personal goals and to meet the objectives of the Practice.

The Partners fully support the training and development of staff by:

  • Providing resources such as finance, equipment, time and opportunities to ensure that all employees have the right skills and knowledge required to carry out their roles.
  • Ensuring that all Managers are aware of their responsibilities with regard to their staff's training and development.  Also ensuring that Managers have the skills and knowledge required to support their staff in identifying training and development needs, and to follow through with the implementation of such training and development in the workplace.
  • Encouraging employees to pursue further career development.
