Founded in 1994 as a firm of Building Surveyors, we have steadily grown to become a multi-disciplinary practice offering a range of services to our expanding client base.

Established initially to provide a comprehensive service within the affordable and social housing sector, the practice can now truly be said to be a specialist in this field, with a client base of over 40 RSLs and Local Authorities.  In addition, through AMP Development Consultants we offer specialist services to both RSLs, Developers and House Builders alike.

With our growth, has developed a greater diversity in clients and sector work, including Health Care, Commercial and Retail.

Our Business

The Practice operates throughout London and Southern England and our Core Business is to manage the technical, legal and environmental aspects of our clients' projects from inception to completion, achieving value for money, not only in terms of capital cost, but also in Whole Life Costs.
